We welcome emerging and seasoned artisans to be part of our much-loved fair.

The application process is a bit different for locals (Denman Islanders) than it is for people from elsewhere (those we call “off-islanders,” even though they might live on another island). The PDFs below contain 2019 information, which is mostly valid for 2020, although the deadlines will change. New application forms for 2020 will be available Sept 1, 2020, on this site and at the Denman Island General Store.

Applications must be received by mail. The deadline will be announced in Spring, 2020.
